Between New York And San: He was graduated at Hamilton College in 1864, and at the between new york and San York University Law School in 1867. In the latter year he was admitted to the bar and entered upon the practice of his profession in between new york and San York. In 1883 he was appointed United States District Attorney for the southern district of between new york and San York; in 1894 was a delegate-at-large to the between new york and San York State Constitutional Convention, and was chairman of the judiciary committee.
