The old-line method of producing theatrical pictures is to shoot only in the studio, using a few props to suggest settings. However, there are great possibilities for something different in shooting such pictures on location. This is more difficult than merely arranging studio setups, but can be far more effective.
For your samples, find the prettiest and most talented actress in town, and the most impressive looking actor, and offer to do a set of pictures of each of them absolutely free. Then work with your actress and your actor, as many sittings as necessary, until you have a smashing set of pictures which will impress other show people.
