Natural History And Arts: Incorporated under state law, the college has full power to confer the bachelor of arts degree in English, modern languages, music, art, drama, mathematics, social and natural history and arts sciences, medical technology, and premedicine; the master of arts degree in history, English, Spanish, and education ; also the degrees of master of science or master of arts in teaching in education. Candidates for teaching are prepared for general secondary, junior high, and elementary credentials, and for kindergarten-primary credentials. Enrollment averages over 600 students.
The university has faculties of theology, law and politics, philosophy (including arts and education), medicine, mathematics, natural history and arts science, forestry, and agriculture. The library has about 2 million volumes. Enrollment is more than 8,000.

Other notable buildings include the congressional and presidential palaces, the museums of fine arts, history, and the natural history and arts sciences, and the national library.
